Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Baddaa (baddaapp.com), regarding your access to and use of the QuickHelp mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or accessing QuickHelp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Emergency Services Disclaimer (Important Safety Notice)
QUICKHELP IS DESIGNED AS A COMPLEMENTARY DISTRESS COMMUNICATION TOOL TO ALERT YOUR PERSONAL EMERGENCY CONTACTS.
- NOT A 911 REPLACEMENT: QuickHelp is not a certified alternative to official emergency response services (such as 911, 112, 100, 999, or local police, fire, or ambulance dispatch). Whenever it is possible and safe to do so, you must always directly contact your local municipal emergency authorities first.
- Infrastructure Dependencies: The performance of QuickHelp depends upon wireless cellular network coverage, cellular SMS delivery, internet connectivity, and mobile device hardware (including battery longevity and GPS satellites). Baddaa makes no guarantee of uninterrupted cellular transmission or immediate SMS delivery during unforeseen network congestion or carrier outages.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree to use QuickHelp solely for legitimate personal safety purposes. You specifically agree not to:
- Broadcast intentional false alarms, prank SOS alerts, or fictitious distress signals.
- Use location sharing or Follow-Me tracking to stalk, harass, surveil, or intimidate any individual without their explicit informed authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Apple & Google EULA Terms)
QuickHelp provides access to optional enhanced safety features through auto-renewing subscriptions ('QuickHelp Pro') and Lifetime Passes:
- Billing & Confirmation: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Account Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle at the prevailing rate of the selected plan.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play Subscriptions management.
- Refunds: Refund requests are processed directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective purchase refund guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baddaa, its founders, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use QuickHelp, including delays in SMS carrier delivery, battery depletion, or reliance on emergency distress broadcasts.
