1. Overview & Privacy Commitment

QuickHelp ("we", "our", or "the App") is developed and maintained by Baddaa (baddaapp.com). QuickHelp is an emergency distress and safety assistance app designed to alert your trusted guardians in critical moments.

Your privacy and safety are paramount. QuickHelp is built with a privacy-first foundation: we never sell, monetize, or broker your personal location or contact data to commercial advertisers or third-party marketing brokers.

2. Information We Collect

To provide reliable distress signaling and safety assistance, QuickHelp accesses specific data strictly when required:

• Account Information: Your display name, email address, and verified phone number when authenticating via Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or Email.
• Emergency Contacts: Names and phone numbers of guardians explicitly selected and saved by you to receive your emergency SMS or cloud dispatches.
• Geolocation Data (GPS): Precise real-time coordinates accessed strictly when you activate an active SOS distress signal, trigger a Follow-Me journey, or request a local danger radar lookup. We never track your everyday movements secretly.
• Audio Evidence (Microphone): When the Secret Audio Evidence feature is triggered upon SOS activation, the app records a 20-second audio snippet solely to transmit context to your trusted contacts and police. The microphone is never passively recorded in the background during ordinary app usage.
• Device State & Battery Diagnostics: Battery percentage and charging status used exclusively for the Dead Battery Beacon feature (alerting guardians before your phone powers down).

3. How We Use and Share Information

We process your data exclusively to fulfill life-safety functions:

• Emergency Notifications: Transmitting your GPS location, battery percentage, and emergency audio snippet to your designated contacts via carrier SMS and secured cloud channels.
• Local Emergency Number Routing: Detecting your country to automatically provide the correct local police, medical, and fire hotline numbers (e.g., 911, 112, 100).
• No Third-Party Sale: We do not sell or lease personal data. Data is never shared with advertising networks.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

QuickHelp utilizes secure enterprise cloud providers for app functionality:

• Google Firebase: Secured authentication and encrypted Firestore cloud database for storing user accounts and emergency dispatches.
• Google Maps SDK: Map rendering, location geocoding, and route calculation.
• RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play: Secure, encrypted processing of optional Pro safety subscriptions and Lifetime passes.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v))

We believe you should have complete control over your personal safety data:

• You can permanently delete your account and all associated records directly inside the app at any time by going to Settings > Delete Account.
• Upon deletion, your profile, authentication records, saved emergency contacts, and active SOS data are permanently purged from our databases.
